My intention has changed only slightly, in that I would like this to be a series that is a collection of conversations with CX folks who are at various stages of their careers, whether you’re job hunting, career changing, or at a growth point. I’m specifically interested in reminding people that there are PEOPLE behind this work, and have less shallow conversations than those you’d normally have in a phone screen, but hopefully still give you some sound bites to help your portfolio <3
