New Website

The job board has its own dedicated website! There are a few other functions that are still heavily under construction, but the goal is to have a fleshed-out network to help the CX community find jobs more easily, and be found by the right hiring managers!

Talent Directory

I’ve been talking about this for a long time but have also been trying to work everyone’s feedback into how it will work. This is still a major work in progress, I appreciate you hanging with me!

I’ve set it up to allow for public profiles for those who want that, and private profiles who are stealth job hunting. Those who mark their profiles as private will get updates from me when recruiters reach out about roles that aligned with your next steps In the future I may make an anonymied directory for those profiles, but as I said, this is just V1!
