I got some great feedback last week in regard to the talent directory!

Instead of making it a public profile, a few folks asked if there was a way to participate anonymously. I completely understand the intention behind this, and I’ll reorganize my effort for this project to suit it.

Considering recruiters usually want to see your work history, I’m thinking through the best way to organize access while keeping you anonymous.
