Hi everyone! Welcome to Professional Helpers - a weekly listing of jobs scoured from the corners of the interwebs, presented to you every Monday afternoon. You’ll find open roles in customer experience and success, trust & safety, community management, and other things that fit under user operations! I’ll also share information on upcoming events and other opportunities as they arise!

Updates!

A few changes for the newsletter and job board in the coming weeks! These changes aim to provide you with the most relevant and up-to-date job opportunities and event information.

I will start clearing everything out weekly and only list roles I find weekly. This is how I used to do it when posting in ElevateCX, and I know it made it easier to ignore things that have been up for months.
Starting next week, I will also start labeling things reposted multiple times vs. new ones and add filtering for those.
I would love to start building the talent directory this week. The goal is to create mini-profiles to:
1. Help hiring managers find you faster.
2. Help me contact you if someone with a role contacts me.

The talent directory will be for all experience levels. In the future, I’d love to feature someone each week in the newsletter and do two-ish min bio videos with everyone!
